I am immunosupressed due to a kidney transplant and so have battled skin cancers forever. I was told by a dermatologist to use this two times daily and it has worked wonders on my face. I also use the AHA 20 on my arms and legs-fab!

I love this product. I used it for 2 weeks before my 30 year class reunion and had a noticable improvement on small lines and wrinkles. I felt more confident, and was voted as ``Most Improved Female!`` I never want to be without this product.
Pros: The directions say to apply morning and night. I use it only once a day, in the morning with great results. It will last twice as long!
Cons: It stings a little when you first apply it to the face, somedays more than others, but not enough to be bothersome. I have been using it for 4 weeks and I don't even notice it any more.
