The Catrix 10 makes my skin have a very luminous look (youthful)...I have used Catrix 5 for about 15 years and it takes about 2 weeks to get the luminous look to my skin...great product, However, the Catrix 10 does it almost over night. I am now 61 and my skin looks 10 years younger because of retin-a and Catrix. I believe in this product and I am very picky.

Catrix truly ``repairs`` damaged skin. I use it after I`ve gone to the dermatologist for chemical peels or laser resurfacing treatments. It`s soothing but also restorative.
Pros: I like that it works!
Cons: Catrix isn't for everyone. It's extremely thick, more so than even Vaseline, and could certainly clog pores, especially for people with oily skin. But, since mine is very dry, both naturally so but also as a result of the various dermatological products I use, including creams with TCA, alpha lactate, retinoids and hydroquonine. I find Catrix is the only product that can get my skin back to "normal," re-hydrating it and soothing it when irritated from harsh products.
